Replicine™ Functional Keratin® proteins have been shown to activate keratinocyte cells present in the wound and to stimulate them to quickly enter a hyperproliferative phase, an essential phase of wound healing[1].

Using Replicine Functional Technology, keragel and keragelT™ are keratin rich gels designed for full and partial thickness wounds, skin disorders and Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). They help create a moist wound environment which promotes autolytic debridement and supports the wound healing process.

keragelT™ has a lower viscosity and so is thinner than keragel™, this is better suited to application to the delicate skin of EB patients.
